Design & File Preparation

What file types do you accept for client-provided designs?

We accept print-ready PDFs, which is the industry standard for professional output.
Your PDF should include:

  • Correct bleed and margins

  • High-resolution images (300 DPI)

  • CMYK color formatting

  • Embedded fonts

  • Proper sizing

If you’re unsure whether your file is print-ready, we’re happy to check it.

What happens if my file isn’t print-ready?

If your file has minor technical issues — such as missing bleed or low-resolution images under 15 DPI — we include a courtesy fix at no charge whenever possible.

For issues requiring more advanced correction, we offer our Press-Ready Conversion service.
This ensures your artwork prints beautifully without pixelation, color loss, or layout problems.
Pricing depends on complexity, but we always explain the issue first and provide transparent options.

Do you offer design services if I don’t have artwork?

Yes — this is our specialty.

Production, Shipping & Timing

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically ranges from 1–5 business days based on your location and shipping method.

The true timeline depends on your design stage:

  • Print-ready file provided: production moves fast

  • Custom design: timelines vary depending on revisions and approval speed

While we can accommodate quick turnarounds, our focus is on quality, accuracy, and strategic design, not rushing projects out the door.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis — typically for existing long-term clients or projects where timelines are realistic.

When rush production is possible, it requires:

  • Expedited production scheduling

  • Potential overtime labor

  • Priority handling

  • Expedited shipping

Because of this, rush fees can be significant.
If your project is time-sensitive, reach out and we’ll discuss your options honestly.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes!

Because every order is made custom for you, we do not accept returns.
