Design & File Preparation
What file types do you accept for client-provided designs?
We accept print-ready PDFs, which is the industry standard for professional output.
Your PDF should include:

If you’re unsure whether your file is print-ready, we’re happy to check it.
What happens if my file isn’t print-ready?
If your file has minor technical issues — such as missing bleed or low-resolution images under 15 DPI — we include a courtesy fix at no charge whenever possible.
For issues requiring more advanced correction, we offer our Press-Ready Conversion service.
This ensures your artwork prints beautifully without pixelation, color loss, or layout problems.

Shipping typically ranges from 1–5 business days based on your location and shipping method.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis — typically for existing long-term clients or projects where timelines are realistic.
When rush production is possible, it requires:
